Pricing Guide
Base Rental Rate: $150 per hour (4-hour minimum)
This base rate includes full access to our modern 9,000 sq ft climate-controlled venue, tables, chairs, linens, and state-of-the-art audio/visual equipment.
Setup, Tear Down & Cleaning Fee (one-time fee based on guest count):
- Up to 100 guests: $100
- 101–200 guests: $160
- 201+ guests: $200
Bartender Labor (if Full Bar with Beverage Service is selected):
- $20 per hour per bartender
- Staffing levels:
- Up to 100 guests → 1 bartender
- 101–200 guests → 2 bartenders
- 201+ guests → 4 bartenders
Notes:
- Monday–Friday daytime events may qualify for simplified or discounted pricing.
- Friday, Saturday, and Sunday evenings are in high demand.
- All pricing is subject to date availability and final confirmation.
- We will provide a personalized quote within 24–48 hours after reviewing your inquiry.
